There are two main commercial floors at Wisteria Mall –  Basement 1 and Level 1. Although it is one of Yishun’s smaller shopping malls, it still has a good selection of stores and eateries here. You can find several affordable food vendors in the food court. 

A lot of locals head to Wisteria Mall for weekly groceries. But, it’s also possible to find hair salons here, dental and medical clinics and laundry facilities. 

Parking is available on-site, but if you take the MRT to Wisteria Mall, you won’t have to worry about that! Other benefits of shopping here include enjoying a very clean, modern environment and one that is not overly crowded compared to some of the mega malls in the city.  

Getting to Wisteria Mall by MRT

Step 1: Walk to the nearest MRT station.  

Staying close to a station in Singapore will undoubtedly make your trip to Wisteria Mall in Yishun faster, and likely cheaper. 

Bypassing taxi fees and headaches associated with parking are two key benefits of staying close to the metro.

Step 2: Identify relevant lines and stations for your trip.

The best MRT station for accessing Wisteria Mall is Khatib Station (NS14). 

Khatib Station (NS14) is located on Singapore’s North-South MRT Line, shown in red on the metro map.

Getting to Wisteria Mall via MRT is super easy if you stay along the North-South Line. 

But if you are not starting on the North-South Line, you will have to find the best interchange station along the way to transfer lines.

An efficient transfer between metro lines will ensure a fast trip to Wisteria Mall.

Step 3: Buy your ticket to reach Khatib Station (NS13).

We used a stored value card when determining how to get to Wisteria Mall by MRT. 

But, you do have a choice of several MRT ticket options to suit your plans.

Single and multiple trip tickets are available in stations. You can buy these right at the ticketing machines on your way to Wisteria Mall. 

Singapore Tourist Passes are available for foreign guests. They allow you to use both bus and metro services in the city. 

Step 4: Travel along the North-South Line to Khatib Station (NS14) after completing any necessary transfers. 

Transfer to the North-South Line (if needed). 

Then take the North-South Line to Khatib Station (NS14). 

Khatib Station (NS14) has a neigbouring station to the north and south. If you know the neighbouring stations, then you will know when to get closer to an exit on the train:

Yishun (NS13) (north)

Yio Chu Kang (NS15) (south)

Move close to an exit on the train when you stop at either one of these neighbouring stations to Khatib.

Step 5: Alight at Khatib MRT Station (NS14).

Get off at Khatib MRT Station (NS14) to access Wisteria Mall. Bring all your stuff before the doors close.

Step 6: Travel from train platforms (L2) down to Level 1 of Khatib Station. 

Khatib MRT Station (NS14) is built above-ground with two main Levels (1 and 2). 

It is located next to Yishun Avenue 2, near the junction of Yishun Ring Road.

You will arrive at Level 2, where the train platforms are located.

Follow relevant station signs and head down to Level 1 of the station.

Step 7: Exit Khatib Station. 

 Khatib MRT station has four exits to choose from, and they are located at ground level (Level 1) – A, B, C and D.

Step 8: Walk or take public bus services from Khatib Station directly to Wisteria Mall. 

After you exit Khatib Station, you will either walk or take a bus to Wisteria Mall.

Exit A will bring you out onto Yishun Avenue 2. 

Take the pedestrian bridge across Yishun Avenue 2. 

Walk northeast along Yishun Avenue 2 until you reach Yishun Ring Road. 

Turn right (east) onto Yishun Ring Road. 

Walk along Yishun Ring Road until you reach Yishun Avenue 4. 

You should see Wisteria Mall at Yishun Ring Road and Yishun Avenue 4.

You can take either Exit A or Exit B at Khatib Station to access the mall by bus. 

There are three main bus stops near the station that you can consider walking to:

Once you are in the vicinity of Wisteria Mall, get off and walk to the entrance.

 Wisteria Mall is only one of several shopping centres in Yishun. 

 If you are looking for the largest selection of merchandise and services, then head to Northpoint City (MRT Directions). It is the largest mall in Northern Singapore. You can take the MRT to Yishun Station to access it.
